That Employee Did What?

Today we are taking a little detour and looking at some more lighthearted stories. Today we are sharing some, well, employee horror stories, things that have happened with staff in business which totally baffled the employer at the time.

 

I’m sharing these firstly so that you know that it’s normal, things happen, things we would never predict, understand or contemplate ourselves, but they do happen. Of course to keep it practical I’ve shared some strategies to help avoid these scenarios or at least to be able to effectively manage them if they do occur.
