Hello and welcome to Episode 81 of the People Powered Business Podcast!
I am super excited to welcome some special guests to the podcast today – real people, real leaders, sharing their real insights into what have been their biggest wins, challenge and lessons over the last 12 months when it comes to their teams.

First up today we are joined by Fiona Still, General Manager at Zyteq who shares how the COVID lockdown situation put a whole new lens on their already successful hybrid team model, and how she has worked to keep her team connected and motivated over the last 18 months.
Next up we hear from Janice Wells, Office Manager at Milestone Belanova who discusses the changes they have had to make thanks to being forced in an awfully long lockdown, and the impact this can have on a team who are usually very much in office, face to face and collaboratively working together.
